Monthly tuition includes all curriculum materials, snacks, and daily communication via Brightwheel. Part-time is 3 days per week.

Enrollment Fee
Waived during open enrollment periods. Secures your child's spot.

Supply Fee
Covers art materials, science supplies, and consumable learning materials.

Before Care (6:30–7:30am)
Billed monthly based on actual attendance, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.

Same billing structure as before care. Must be pre-registered.

Late Pickup Fee
Applied automatically. We pay teachers overtime — this covers it directly.

Payment Policy
When and how to pay
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
- We accept ACH bank transfer (preferred), credit/debit card, or check.
- A $25 late fee applies to balances unpaid after the 5th of the month.
- Two-week written notice required to withdraw from enrollment.
- No refunds for vacation days, illness, or center closures (9 paid holidays per year).
- Returned checks incur a $35 fee and require ACH for future payments.

Financial assistance options
CCAP — Child Care Assistance Program
Tennessee families meeting income eligibility may qualify for CCAP vouchers. Contact DHS at 1-800-798-2329 or apply at tnchildcare.org. We are an approved CCAP provider.
Employer-Sponsored FSA / Dependent Care
Sunflower accepts payment from Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Dependent Care Assistance Programs (DCAP). Ask HR at your employer.
Sibling Discount
5% discount on the second (and each additional) enrolled sibling. Applied automatically — just let us know at enrollment.
Military Family Discount
Active-duty and veteran families receive an additional 5% discount. Valid military ID or DD-214 required at enrollment.
